Transcriptions

The data are transcribed in their entirety and include indications on non-verbal cues. Adult speech is rendered orthographically, while the children’s speech is transcribed both phonetically and orthographically. The transcriptions are then thoroughly checked over by a second researhcer who does not know the child.
We are using the CLAN program, and the transcriptions have been done in CHAT format.
