Recordings and protocols

The children are filmed one hour par month, preferably at the end of the afternoon in their family environment. Each month the bilingual children are filmed once with their mother, once with their father, and once with both parents (in each case, by a different observer). An experimental protocol will be used for gathering data in lexical development (production and comprehension) and in phonology.
Directed sequences will be put in place every three months with a selection of books and toys.
Questionnaires will be given to the parents each month based on the MacArthur-Bates questionnaire (adapted to French by Sophie Kern).
